The world of
chocolate is not just about taste alone but also the art of presentation. Glad
there is Christopher Elbow Artisanal Chocolates that fill in the gap. After several
years working as pastry chef, he finally took a stand to start his own business
in 2003. Formerly worked with few restaurants and chefs such as Shiraz
Restaurant, Kansas City; Delmonico Steakhouse, Las Vegas; Eiffel Tower
Restaurant, Paris, gave him experiences to present his chocolate in both
richness and arts.
The taste adapted
to his chocolate are more to fruits, but that’s not all. What makes it stand
among the other chocolate is the hand-painted finishing that make his chocolate
unique. Among the flavors adapted to his chocolates are bananas Foster and
caramel apple that’s rarely found in any other chocolate.
Today there are
two stores available in Kansas City and San Francisco, but they also can be
bought from few other retailers all across US. While for those living outside
might want to order online through ellbowchocolates.
