Fragrance Where The Smell Came From

In the year of 1995 I still remember when Jean Paul Gaultier launched the perfume 'Le Male' we're so impressed that it's smells a bit mysterious at the same time irresistable. I wonder where they found these smells and how they designed it that way?... 'Le Male' really just like any other items designed by Jean Paul Gaultier, they always great, mysterious and totally fantastic.
That's not all, as I said, I still wondering what kind of smells hidden behind the mesterious 'Le Male'. Well, during my searching for information to write on my hubs related to my favorite subjects of parfumes and fragrances I found the informations that I was looking for so long. So here I would like to share with you what are those smells hidden behind 'Le Male', but that not all, lets take a look these materials in it's real forms.

Le Male Notes

As any other writer like to writefragrance notes with the base at the bottom of the elements or in a pyramid's shapes, it's different with me. I always looked at the fragrance by the base notes as it's main fragrance's theme. Yes, after all base notes are the smells that will stay longer with you until few hours.
These all three notes really play a big part in any fragrance or perfume designed. How the designer used the top notes to take an instant noticed from the user while the coordination between middle notes and base notes that will stay longer with the user.
Base Notes
As I said that base notes are the only smells that left after a long period of applying the fragrance. The base notes content around 10% ~ 25% in the mixture that still remain after the middle notes and the top notes linger off. For the 'Le Male' the base notes were formed using the mixtures of the items listed below;
Middle Notes
Middle notes are the most part of the mixture in fragrance that around 40% ~ 80% of content will be used to form the middle notes. The smell of middle notes will noticeable soon after the top notes smell fades away. That will be around 10 ~ 30 minutes. Sure it will depend on the type of top notes and the mixtures of contents. By the way middle notes still become the main part of the fragrance and also known as the 'heart' of the fragrance. The middle notes should be the connector of the smells between top notes and the base notes and for 'Le Male' the middle notes are the mixture of the smells below;
Top Notes
Remember the smells that comes out from the bottle when you spray any fragrance. Well that is the smells of top notes. The top notes smells will appear around 5 ~ 30 minutes when come out from it's container. While the total content will be around 20% ~ 40% in the mixture of the fragrance. So, next time when you want to buy your new fragrances make sure spray the samples and keep it for as long 1 or 2 hours to make sure it will suite with your taste. While back to our topic below are the list of the smells in the 'Le Male' top notes.

Until today after 15 years of launching there are still many peoples think that 'Le Male' still one of the sexist  smells ever created. Well, if you want to know it make sure don't just smell it by yourself ask someone else opinion as well. Usually the smells will get different effect when it combined with someone's unique body smell. Sure you herd me.. our smell also is unique.
Hope that 'Le Male' will stay longer in the market for us to enjoy it smells.
